7 September 2023 - 10th Foundation Day Celebration

It is a matter of immense pride for the ‘Team ENIC’ to  announce that we have surpassed another milestone in the growth pattern of ENIC. With the commendable efforts of Directors, Advisors & Employees, Team-ENIC has successfully achieved the milestone of 10 years of their journey on the 7th day of September, 2023. Our Customers, associates & their continuous support enabled ENIC to achieve the targets & milestones. We are grateful to our clients and customers who demonstrated high level of faith in ENIC & their associates enabling them provide immaculate services and products in past 10 years.

The Celebration started with Ganesh Puja. EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR award was given to Mr. Mahipal Singh. The first ever ‘SERVICE ENGINEER OF THE YEAR’ award was given to Mr. Abhay Kumar Gangwar. Program began with the addressing by Sh. Saurabh Bhatnagar and announcement of important decisions made by the management. Heartfelt remembrance was given to both the Founders of ENIC, Dr. G P Saxena & Sh Raj Kishore Saxena who unfortunately left us for their Heavenly abode.

Dinner party was held at Hotel Howard Johnson. The celebration was held with grand success and the brilliant gala day will always be remembered by those who witnessed it. 

10 January 2023 - Sad Demise of Founder / Ex-Director Dr. G P Saxena

We are sorry to announce that in a period of just one month, we lost both the Founders of ENIC Engineering Solutions Pvt Ltd, Udaipur. Dr. G P Saxena, Founder member and Ex-Director of ENIC Engineering Solutions Pvt Ltd, Udaipur, left us for heavenly abode on 10th of January, 2023. Dr.   G. P. Saxena was a great human being and very positive personality. He was always searching in new and innovative technologies. He served for ENIC Engineering as Managing Director till 2020. He was fighting with cancer for 2 years and almost won the battlefield of Cancer.

His vast experience of his administrative services helped the organization and each member of the organization to take the company to successful journey.  The ENIC team will remain obliged to him for his Administrative skills with which he guided & trained the team, giving a chance to each & every member to rise in the organization.

It is said that he is no more with us but his innovative ideas and management skills is a big inspiration for us. 

We, as ENIC team, will try our best to fulfil all his dreams & mission to raise the organization to the highest position.

In this hard time, we all convey our heartfelt sincere condolences to his family &  pray the Almighty God to accord  strength to the bereaved members of his family in this difficult time. 

10 December 2022 - Sad Demise of Director Mr. R K Saxena

With an extremely shocking state of mind, we are sorry to announce the sudden & untimely demise of the highly honored, Founder- Director of ENIC Engineering Solutions Pvt Ltd Mr. R.K. Saxena, a very energetic & enthusiastic personality. He left for his heavenly abode on 10Th December, 2022 leaving all of us in the middle of a long journey.

He was very well known for his positive attitude & supportive nature, always keen to support the subordinates with due respect to peers & seniors. The ENIC team will remain grateful to him for his ‘Technical & Marketing skills’ with which he guided & trained the team, giving a chance to each & every member to rise in the organization.

Although he is no more with us, his ability to develop the business strategies & relationships systematically in professional career will always be with us to strengthen the functioning of the organization.  We, the ENIC team, as a gesture of sincere gratitude to him, commit ourselves to fulfil all his dreams & mission to raise the organization to the highest position & to take the ENIC Engineering to a top level company.

In this hard time, we all convey our heartfelt sincere condolences to his family & pray the Almighty God to accord  strength to the bereaved members of his family in  this difficult time. 

 

14 November 2022 - Appointment of New Director in Company

In view of the business activities growing at a very fast rate, the decision making process needed to be strengthened. This called for a strong urge to appoint an additional functional Director in the Company.

Mr. Saurabh Bhatnagar, an experienced & technically competent  Executive of ENIC, working towards the improvement activities since April 2019 was deemed to be the best choice for the position of the additional functional Director. Subsequently the management of ENIC recommended &  passed on the resolution in November, 2022 to elevate Mr. Saurabh Bhatnagar to this position.

Since then Mr. Saurabh is successfully working on the aforesaid position.

7 September 2022 - Foundation Day Celebration

Dinner party was held at Hotel Chunda Palace, situated at the core of Fateh Sagar lake. The celebration was held with grand success and the brilliant gala day will always be remembered by those who witnessed it. 

9 July 2022 - Bhoomi Pujan of ENIC Hospitality Pvt Ltd

With a view to provide unique type of Hospitality services to our guests visiting Udaipur, the ENIC group, determined to create such facilities has decided to float a new company ‘ ENIC Hospitality (P) Ltd & under this vision a reasonably big land area was acquired in the outskirts of the beautiful city of lakes, Udaipur. This land is a combination of land, surrounded by green hills, is located on the outskirts of the beautiful city of lakes, Udaipur, adjacent to Kavita & Lakhavali villages, in the close vicinity of the Pacific Medical College with approximately 1 KM aerial distance on the Udaipur- Pindwara highway. Efforts for acquiring more such land areas around Udaipur are underway. With the grace of The God, the procedural formalities for registration of a new company “ENIC Hospitality Pvt Ltd” in the Hospitality sector have been started. The “Bhoomi Poojan Ceremony” of the acquired was carried out on 30th June, 2022 (1st Gupt Navratri) with all the rituals and the first stone was laid. In continuation of the land development program, ENIC team has planned a “Green Revolution” by planting different types of plants in & the area surrounding  the land acquired. Conversion of this land into a beautiful guest house with several creative & amusement facilities are in progress

The inaugural ceremony for this “Save the Environment” program had been successfully performed on Saturday, 9th July, 2022. This is the first project of ENIC Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. and is expected to be completed latest by 15th August, 2022. In the same way our prime focus will be to expand “ENIC Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.” on all the industrial sites of Rajasthan as per attached Map and subsequently to prime locations, all over India.

 

7 September 2021 - Foundation day Celebration

Every Year 7th of September, the most memorable day for ENIC is celebrated as their foundation day. The day is year marked for family get together as well as the day for analysis of their future years. This year also all the employees of ENIC & the invited guests along with their family members, gathered at office in the evening & as usual the evening started with ‘Shree Ganesh Pooja and Aarti of Lord Ganesha’. All the other functions were arranged at ‘The Radisson Green. Udaipur’. During the function at Radisson, Mr. Devendra Gahlot was declared the Employee of the year and was awarded with “Employee of Year” Certificate and Cash Prize. The contribution made by the other employees was also accorded with due appreciation. The Director, in his brief speech, described about the performance of ENIC during the year 2020-2021 and also about the strategic planning for the years to come. Fun games & Tambola were organized & the participants enjoyed the prizes which were distributed. The Celebration ended with the ‘tasty dinner’ that was cherished by one and all. The Celebration proved to be a wonderful one and the brilliant gala day will always be remembered by all those who witnessed it.

May- June 2021, Online webinars in Association with RTC-North & UTCL Group

ENIC is regularly arranging Webinars series through their associated internationally renowned groups like Schmersal, Streamer, Rocksensor, Roxtec etc, for creating a wonderful platform so that our customers get an opportunity to get a feel of enormous changes & innovations that are taking place in the ‘Technical World’ and help them understand why our products are valuable in the first place. Webinars allow the audience to place a name with a face and a voice with a name & in turn assist ENIC in building up personal relationships at all levels of enterprises and have real-time / face to face conversations. Although impeded by the pandemic, we at ENIC never failed in performing this activity & our team continuously explores new topics for the Webinars.

January 2021 - End of Successful Tenure of Dr. G P Saxena as Managing Director

Proved to be a very sad month for ENIC, when its MD Dr. G.P. Saxena was found to be suffering from a serious ailment & for proper treatment of the same, he could not devote much attention to ENIC. Ultimately, since the month of  January, 2021 he couldn’t manage to continue the position of Managing Director of the company and left the organisation. 

January 2021 - Beginning Of A New Era.. Appointment of New Director (Administration)

In order to cope up with the complicacies of increasing business activities, number of employees, need of suitable person for handling the administrative functions was indeed troubling ENIC, but the beginning of the year 2021, subsequent to joining of Director (Admin), Ms Monika Saxena, the problem could be eliminated and this has proved to be another Milestone in the journey of ENIC.

16 January 2021- New Office Inauguration Ceremony and Poojan

With more & more expansion of business activities and increasing functional areas, for last couple of years, ENIC was on the lookout for better equipped office facilities and in the beginning of the year 2021, ENIC moved their office to a new location and now they are in a far better support to their customers.

May 2019 - Industrial Seminar

ENIC in association with M/s M&C Techgroup India LLP ( A Susidiary of M&C Techgroup GmbH), conducted the Industrial Seminar on Process Gas Analyzer Sampling System Technique & Advance Analysis Solution on 9th May 2019 at Radisson, Udaipur. The eminent speakers from ENIC & M&C talked about the wide range of the Product Portfolio & the presentation was aimed at sharing importance of properly selecting sampling & conditioning equipment to make process gas/ CEMS analyzers work longer giving correct results from representative samples. 10-11 July - Training for Wireless Communication at RTC

ENIC conducted 2 days training on “Smart Wireless Technology & Communication” for Cement & Zinc Industries at Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, in association with Sheetal Wireless, on 10, 11 July 2017.
The training program was initiated by RTC (Regional Training Centre), Nimbahera, Chittorgarh, to enable Cement & Steel Industry to make use of the Latest Wireless technology in the day to day Industrial operations & improve the work efficiency. RTC is a premier training center of India promoted with assistance from World Bank, DANIDA and Govt. of India as a unique HRD project in Cement Industries. It is equipped with modern training aids and caters to the skill enhancement and competency developmental needs of cement and other plants. It has trained over 16000 technical and managerial personnel during the last two decades. The Centre has conducted many tailor-made in-house programs for cement and other industries in India and abroad.
The Training was conducted by expert team members of Sheetal Wireless & Our Director Sh. RK Saxena.

Dr. GP Saxena, MD, ENIC Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd., was invited for the National Conference & Launch of Green Highway (Plantation, Transplantation,and Beautification & Maintenance) Policy-2015 by Shri Nitin Gadkari (Minister of Road Transportation, Highways and Shipping) on Sepetember 29, 2015, at New Delhi.

Ganesh Pooja was organized in the office and every person did the pooja. All were invited with their families. After Prasad distribution, Er. Ravi Pichholiya was declared Employee of the year by Adviser-HR Dr. Sonal Saxena.
Er. Ravi Pichholiya’s Services were appreciated by management & employees both. He was awarded with “Best Employee of the Year “Certificate and Cash Prize by MD of the company.
All the employees and management of the company took oath to take the company to new heights in the ensuing year. Dinner was held at Hotel SHILPI for all employees/management and their families.
